2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and delivering our artworks to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

• Include clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.

Upon review, if we determine that the item is indeed damaged or defective due to our handling, we will offer one of the following remedies:

• A replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
• An exchange for another artwork of equal value.
• A full refund of the purchase price.

We reserve the right to choose the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

3. Custom Orders

For custom or commissioned artworks, we work closely with you to ensure the final piece meets your expectations. Due to the bespoke nature of these projects, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders.
